Matthew has served as CTO of publicly traded Artnet, Founder/CTO of TruthShield, and a hands-on architecture and engineering leader at Medidata, Shutterstock, and other product organizations. At Medidata, he represented flagship products in architecture governance, architected brownfield modernization, and led teams responsible for product repair and delivery.
His recent work spans quantum-secure cryptography, military intelligence, health technology, fintech, and governed AI. That breadth is not a collection of labels. It is repeated exposure to systems where correctness, security, evidence, and delivery discipline materially matter.
He remains hands-on: writing software, designing architectures, creating product and project systems, and building open-source tools that make AI-assisted engineering more deterministic and accountable.
